La tòfona negra, protagonista de la 3a Fira de Vilanova de Prades

Aquest proper dissabte, 12 de gener, tindrà lloc la 3a Fira de la tòfona negra de les Muntanyes de Prades. Durant tot el dia, es faran activitats i presentacions tècniques relacionades amb aquest fong tant apreciat.

Es donarà a conèixer quines són les característiques principals de la tòfona negra per definir la seva qualitat, com la podem conservar i com la podem diferenciar d’altres espècies de tòfones. També tindrà lloc la tercera edició del concurs de gossos tofonaires.

S’inclourà una demostració de com cuinar la tòfona i es podrà degustar i maridar amb vi de la zona.
